Swing Completo (founded in March 2009, in Havana, Cuba) is a news website covering Cuban baseball and its players, with great popularity among followers of Cuba's national sport and as a training ground for journalists and reporters.
History
Swing Completo was founded in March 2009 by its current CEO and owner, journalist Daniel de Malas, in the format of a personal sports blog, with the goal of bringing Cuban baseball news and results to the internet and social media.
This company, established in the United States, has a presence on most major social media platforms as part of its uninterrupted growth, comprehensively covering the performance of Cuban players in Major League, Minor League, Caribbean Series, National Series, and other leagues, mostly winter leagues.
Who We Are on the Work Team
Swing Completo, originally a solo effort by Daniel de Malas, has added an important group of journalists, editors, IT specialists, ballplayers, and photojournalists to its ranks, of various nationalities, who begin the list of Who We Are and Who We Were along the way. Controversy
Once journalist Daniel de Malas left Cuba, escaping the censorship of the Cuban system, the island's sports media set out to try to overshadow the media impact of Swing Completo and created a television program with the same name, hosted by the CEO's former coworkers.
The success of Swing Completo has continued to rise year after year, with growth in its team, production, reach, and importance, undermining the failed attempt by Cuban Television.

He has been recognized with a Sports Emmy for his excellence in sports event coverage and has earned the YouTube Silver Play Button with Swing Completo Deportes TV, standing out in the creation of engaging and relevant digital content for sports fans.
Jose Alejandro Rodriguez Zas
He is the current COO of Swing Completo, with a strong academic background and professional experience. He holds a degree in Meteorology from InSTEC, Havana (2012) and a PhD in Sciences from UNAM, Mexico (2022). He also completed the Sports Narrator-Commentator Course in Havana in 2012.
As an author, interviewer, reporter, and producer, he has been awarded the YouTube Silver Play Button through his work at Swing Completo, standing out in the creation of engaging and relevant digital content for sports fans.
